Bingou direct cooling ice making machine is one-piece design, without manual installation, cooling tower.The ice removable,turn on the power and filling water,then it will work well.Time saving,space saving,and energy saving. No shell and tube condenser, cooling tower, condenser pipe and water pump, stirrer, air-cooled condenser, crane and other traditional equipment are needed, so that energy consumption can be saved by more than 20%.

 

We choose the international brands of screw compressor or piston compressor with high accuracy, high efficiency, and multiple protection functions; stable performance, high reliability, long life, easy maintenance, and improved energy efficiency.

 

The condenser adopt evaporating cooling with a high quality 304 stainless steel plate heat exchanger. It is domestically original and has a number of invention patents. The traditional tube condensers, cooling towers and cooling water pumps have been eliminated. Compared with the water-cooling ratio, the condensing temperature can be 4°C lower, the system energy consumption can be saved by 15%, and the circulating water volume can be saved by 30%. Compared with the air-cooling ratio, the condensing temperature can be lower by 8°C, and the system energy consumption can be reduced by 30%.
